Our indoor play area features thoughtfully designed zones that encourage creativity, exploration, and developmental growth. From our infant soft play area, to our rotating-themed imaginative pretend play structures, to our creative workshop room, each touchpoint was intentionally curated by fellow moms, early childhood educators, and a preschool director.

Cafe Offerings

We have a coffee cart in our space that offers a curated selection of beverages for both adults and the littles, along with prepackaged snacks. The cafe space is perfect for a little snack and water break, or for you to connect and relax with friends, or even to get a little work done with our table, outlets, and wifi!

We will always have our core beverage items, but follow along and keep an eye out for our rotating seasonal and specialty menu!

Specialties

Talk about connecting over drinks, top off a special outing with a special beverage. Talk about the specialty menu inspiration, bts, how it was created, seasonality, kid-friendly, any sell-points (e.g. sugar free, housemade syrups, organic, origins, etc).

Frequently Asked Questions

  • We are located on the ground level at Kirkland Urban. There is an underground parking garage with plenty of spaces and we valid for up to 4 hours. Kirkland Public Library is also walking distance if you wish to get your steps in!

  • Outside food and closed water bottles are welcome! Outside drinks are NOT allowed. And please refrain from bringing any nuts.

  • You can cancel your membership at any time and the change will take effect at the next billing cycle.

  • Yes, we have a shoes off policy and to enjoy our play area, grip socks are REQUIRED for all children, and regular socks are required for adults. If you forget or need a pair, we’ve got you covered—grip socks are available for purchase for kids and adults at the front desk.

  • Similar to a lifeguard at a swimming pool, our staff will be present to make sure everything is running safely and smoothly, but they will not be responsible for fully supervising children, and a waiver must be signed for each child upon admission. Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring and ensuring the safety of their own children during their visit. We simply provide a fun space for kids to interact and play.

  • The play area is designed for children aged 0-7 years old. However, the infant soft play zone is a designated safe space for the littlest of the littles and is best for children 2 and under. Staff reserve the right to ask older kids to move to a different play zone to maintain a safe play experience for all.

  • A daily pass grants you all-day access. Our AM session pass is for 9:00am-1:00pm and our PM session pass is for 1:00pm-5:00pm. You are welcome to come and go any time during your session!

  • To ensure a clean and safe environment for everyone, we sanitize and reset the toys and play areas throughout the day and as needed. Your enjoyment and safety are our top priorities! We also do a thorough deep clean every single night.

  • Unfortunately, for the privacy and safety of our kids, only families and caregivers with children using the play area are allowed in the cafe space. The only area open to those without a child present is the retail entrance and lobby in front of the reception desk. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!

  • To help keep our space safe for all families, we ask that children and adults only visit when feeling well.

    Please do not visit if you or your child has had any of the following symptoms within the past 24 hours:

    • Vomiting or diarrhea

    • Persistent cough

    • Runny nose with thick or colored mucus

    • Rash or other contagious illness

    Children must be fever-free for at least 48 hours without medication before returning to play.

    If a child appears visibly ill upon arrival or becomes sick during play, our team may kindly ask the family to return another day.

    We maintain a clean environment by regularly sanitizing toys and play areas and using “yuck buckets” for toys that have been mouthed.
